Intuity metaaldetector

De Intuity is een metaaldetector met de nieuwste technieken. Zo maakt de Intuity detector gebruik van geavanceerde multi simultaneous frequentie technologie. Hierdoor worden ongeëvenaarde gevoeligheden behaald met name bij inspectie van producten die veel vocht of zouten bevatten. Er gaat heel wat techniek schuil achter het eenvoudig te bedienen 7″ kleuren touch screen zodat instellingen eenvoudig te maken zijn. De Intuity metaaldetector kan los geleverd worden aan machinebouwers maar ook compleet met een lopende band systeem naar wens van de klant, zie hiervoor onze Varicon+ systemen. Dit kan dus een compact systeem zijn maar ook compleet met volautomatische uitwerp en sensoren voor extra zekerheid. Standaard is de Intuity spoel uitgevoerd met een spuitwaterdichte afdichting volgens IP69k. Optioneel is er nog een beschermkap te verkrijgen om het touchscreen extra te beveiligen.

Artificial Intelligence “THiNK”

Vanaf 2021 is de Intuity leverbaar als “THiNK” uitvoering met Artificial Intelligence software, ook wel Kunstmatige Intelligentie genoemd. THiNK is een softwarepakket dat op een Intuity metaaldetector kan draaien. Het unieke is dat de Artificial Intelligence technologie voortdurend doorontwikkeld wordt door ons R&D centrum in Duitsland. Om onze klanten hiervan te laten profiteren, zodat ze altijd voorop lopen in inspectietechnologie, wordt deze THiNK software op licentiebasis geleverd met lifetime updates! De THiNK software analyseert continu de productsignalen en leert dus steeds bij. Er wordt gezocht naar trends tijdens productie waardoor de detector steeds slimmer wordt. Dit heeft twee grote voordelen;1. de gevoeligheid neemt toe waardoor de producten waardoor steeds kleinere metaalverontreinigingen verwijderd worden en 2. onterechte uitworp (false rejects) neemt af en dus kostenbesparing. Dit laatste is momenteel met alle maatregelen ter voorkoming van voedselverspilling een zeer belangrijk argument. De THiNK software is zo intelligent dat het zelfs overweg kan met gemetalisseerde- en aluminiumverpakkingen. Vroeger waren producten in aluminium verpakkingen alleen te inspecteren met x-ray apparatuur maar nu wint de Intuity THiNK steeds meer terrein. Natuurlijk heeft een duurdere x-ray machine ook andere mogelijkheden zoals detectie van niet-metalen verontreinigingen en zone analyses maar indien er puur op metaal gecontroleerd wordt biedt de Intuity THiNK zeer veel voordelen.

Intuity metal detector

The Intuity is an advanced metal detector equipped with the latest technologies. The Intuity detector uses the highly sophisticated multi simultaneous frequenty technology. As the level of sensitivity is significantly higher compared to conventional metal detectors QA will be able to raise the quality standard. Particularly increased sensitivity is noticed with products that contain water or salt. The signal processing is extremely complex but with its modern 7″ colour touch screen it is surprisingly easy to use. The Intuity metal detector could be supplied as a “built-in” detector to machine manufacturers. To end-users it will be integrated in a standardized or custom made conveyor system, please have a look at Varicon+ systems. Systems vary from very compact designs to larger system with full automatic reject mechanisms and extra sensors for full compliance with the highest level guidelines. A standard the Intuity search coil is watertightly sealed to the standard of IP69k. There is an optional protection lid available to protect the touch screen again damages.

Artificial Intelligence “THiNK”

From 2021 onwards the Intuity could be delivered with “THiNK” Artificial Intelligence software. THiNK is a software pack that can run on an Intuity metal detector. The unique feature of the Artificial Intelligence technology is that it will be developed continuously by our R&D research team in Germany. To be able to have all benefits of these ongoing improvements the THiNK software can be bought as a licence with free updates! The THiNK software analyses continuously the product signals and gets smarter over time. It looks for trends during full production so it can optimize the detector settings automatically. The two main advantages are; 1. the sensitivity will increase so more contaminations will be rejected and 2. False positives will reduce which saves valuable products. Currently the latter is a very important topic due to the worldwide program to reduce food waste. The THiNK software is that intelligent that it even can deal with metallized packaging materials or RFID clips. Up to now these products could only be inspected with an x-ray product inspection machine. Now we see an increasing number of applications for this Intuity THiNK. Of course the more expensive x-ray product inspection machine has other features as well such as detection of non-metal contaminations and is able to analyse certain zones in the product. However, if metal contaminations are the only issue the Intuity THiNK is worth considering.
